Bimbo and Cody
I like pet dogs very much. When I was a child, I had a nice brown dog called Papi. He was obedient, and always accompanied me wherever I go. He barked at rascals and drunkards, and they hated him so much. I had a poignant memory of how he was trapped and butchered by them. I cried so much, and I couldn’t eat for days.
Since then, I stopped rearing dogs. It hurt me so much to see my pet dog hanged on its neck and battered to death. It took years before I resumed rearing dogs again.
Now we have two pet dogs at home. We call them Bimbo and Cody. they are faithful guards of our house. We can leave the house alone anytime with peace of mind because of them.
We got Bimbo from the street. When one of my kids found him in the street, he was bloody and odorous with sores. The kid brought him home, and we took good care of them until his sores has fully healed, and his brown furs started to grow.
Cody’s mother was a Japanese dog. He has a thick white fur with the shades of gray. His tail is very short.
Bimbo and Cody are good dogs, but Bimbo is more domesticated than Cody. Bimbo behaves well, and easily obeys all instructions, while Cody does not follow sometimes. Bimbo has no problem taking a bath, but Cody runs away at the sight of water and soap.
Cody, as is common with most dogs, growls when his food is set or touched, while Bimbo just waits meekly until his food is given back to him.
