To be physically healthy we need to know the 8 secrets of health, and apply them in our life. But sad to say, no matter how hard we try, we cannot follow them. So we become sick and unhappy.

We go to the hospital and see a medical doctor. He asks question about our medical history, examines us and prescribes a medicine – that is all! He does nothing more, and we go home immediately, unless our condition is critical. We pay the doctor for his services and of course we buy the medicines to become well.

Indeed we become well after taking the medicines that the doctor prescribed. But have we noticed that we seem to be frequenting the clinics and hospitals more of the time? Why the disease comes back so soon, and we are suffering it again? Was  it not cured, or the medicines created another disease?

This question creates arguments for the pros and cons that are hotly debated. There is no use debating an argument that is not winnable. It only wastes our precious time. The best thing we can do is to compare the benefits of each and choose the better one.
